We are seeking a corporate attorney to join our Lexington or Boston office in Massachusetts. The corporate attorney should have 5-7 years of experience including experience with M&A, contracts, entity formation, private equity financing, and technology licensing. The ideal candidate has experience with a range of clients from small, closely held family business, to large international corporate. Tax experience a plus.
