We are looking for an attorney in business law to join our New York City office.

The ideal candidate will provide various business and commercial counseling, have knowledge of mergers and acquisitions; financing arrangements; and debt restructuring, business planning, business tax. Knowledge of Real Estate and International Law is a plus.

Candidate must be admitted to the New York bar.

Skills:
