Attorney Ellis graduated from Loyola University of New Orleans, cum laude, where he earned his J.D., and received a certificate in international studies. After completing his law degree, Mr. Ellis attended Queen Mary University of London in the United Kingdom, ranked one of the top 100 law schools in the world, where he earned his L.L.M. with merit. Prior to joining MT Law as an Associate, Mr. Ellis worked with a well-regarded boutique law firm in San Francisco’s Financial District where he practiced corporate law, real estate, and civil litigation. Mr. Ellis has extensive experience practicing law both in and out of court. His practice at MT Law focuses on Corporate law, Start-ups, Real Estate, and Immigration. He is admitted to practice in the State of California.
